I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and have studied all the major dietary theories. There is no one-size-fits-all diet, but I will help you discover what approach works best for you, wherever you are in life. Eating whole, real foods is the key to nourishing yourself, feeling good and looking your best. And, yes, exercise plays a big role in that last part.
